Job Description:

Do you love working in food service? Anderson Farms is currently hiring for a summer and fall seasonal assistant kitchen manager. Position begins immediately and ends in early November 2022.

Schedule: July 29th - August 28th, Saturday and Sunday shifts plus Fridays 9a-5p and then 2 other days - flexible.
Between August 28th and September 21st: Monday - Friday 9-5ish to assist with setup and feeding setup staff.
September 21st - October 31st: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
We may have about 1-2 weeks of work after October 31st to assist with tear down and setting up for our end of season staff party.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Opening and Closing duties for U-Pick Sunflowers & Fall Festival.Managing Staff including position assignments, shift changes, and scheduling lunches and breaks.Set up of concessions trailer, concessions barn (in September) and tear down at the end of Fall FestivalFood prep, inventory managementPossibly assist with seasonal staff training and orientation sessionsAssist with concessions related customer service when necessary
