Overview

We're looking for an Area Vice President of Operations to join our team.

You will report directly to the VP of Operations within a specific state/region.

• You'll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies and procedures for offices in an assigned territory


• You'll direct and coordinate the Operational Functions for offices within your region


• You'll be traveling regularly to your regional offices/branches


• You'll be working side-by-side with your clinical and operational team to promote our hospice services and solidify the highest quality patient care in a cost effective manner

• Registered Nurse highly preferred


• Bachelors' degree in Business Related field may be considered


• Minimum of five years healthcare managerial experience required


• Unencumbered and active RN license in state of residence if RN


• Hospice or Home Care experience strongly preferred
