The Chief Nursing Officer will join this non-profit 55-bed full-service hospital that provides essential high quality health care to the community it serves. Some of the services it provides include 24-hour Emergency Services, Infusion Services, Women’s Health Center, Imaging Services, Community Clinics, Occupational Health, and Laboratory Services! This hospital plays an integral role in contributing to the well-being of the community and the Chief Nursing Officer will get to be a part of that bond.

Closely collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Nursing Officer will lead the Nursing Department for the entire hospital. This position’s work will touch every corner of the hospital and will continue the legacy of continuously improving the delivery of care for the community. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer will be a team of leaders from many different specialties which include Critical Care Services, Med-Surg/Tele, the Emergency Department, and Surgical Services. In addition, the Chief Nursing Officer will also have oversight of the Case Management, Social Work, and Education departments.

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the activities of each clinical department to maintain high quality patient care. Aside from the clinical aspects of this position, the Chief Nursing Officer will also have the responsibility to maintain a fiscally responsible budget, evaluate patient satisfaction, oversee employee development, and run retention/recruitment campaigns. The Chief Nursing Officer will get to participate in the operational and strategic planning to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
