The RN Intensive Care Unit will work at a 300+ bed facility known for both their acute care hospital and rehab center. Reporting to the Nurse Manager Critical Care,  the RN Intensive Care Unit will work alongside a team of nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff to develop and execute customized patient care treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual throughout their stay. The RN Intensive Care Unit will join the Critical Care department working day or night shift, depending on preference and current vacancies. 

The ideal RN Intensive Care Unit will have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with their Associates Degree or BSN. Additionally, the RN Intensive Care Unit will hold or be eligible to obtain their Maryland or compact multi-state registered nurse license prior to starting.
