The Manager Advanced Practice Providers Cardiovascular Surgery will lead the overall strategic vision, evidence-based practice, and quality patient care of the advanced practice team. The provider team is made up of highly experienced Cardiovascular and Surgical APRN’s and Physician Assistants who strive to promote high quality patient care. The Manager Advanced Practice Providers Cardiovascular Surgery ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, manages the cost containment of the service line, evaluates staff and leads professional development trainings, and serves as an expert resource within the department.

Requirements Include:

• Currently licensed as an APRN or Physician Assistant


• 5-8 years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provides in cardiac surgical setting


• Prior leadership experience highly preferred
