Job Title: Trimmer Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
ROLE SUMMARY
The duties and responsibilities of a cannabis trimmer are to ensure that the marijuana buds are free of leaf material and have a uniform look for retail sale.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Correctly buck, trim and organize Cures medical marijuana products Proofread labels for accuracy Inspect final product for quality Clean and sanitize and workspace equipment daily

Additional Duties as Required
Other tasks as needed and assigned by upper management.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, completing required record keeping as directed by QA, performing in process QA checks and notifying QA of all deviations, following all procedures and SOPs, maintaining a sanitary environment, ensuring training is complete and up to date, completing documentation according to good documentation practices. Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check. Must obtain approval to work in the cannabis industry per all local and state requirements, prior to employment. Must be fully vaccinated from COVID or be able to present a qualifying medical exception. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be a punctual, reliable and dependable individual.
Schedule: Monday through Friday and some weekends.
