Job Description:

The Experience Manager executes the end-to-end experience strategy across their micro-market to drive seamless customer and employee experiences. This role assumes leadership responsibility by overseeing experience execution including fulfillment, general sales, operations, and services. The Experience Manager also drives localized customer and employee strategies throughout their home location and through partnership with peers in the micro-market.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.

  • Enables and empowers employees to drive a world-class customer experience as they deliver Best Buy's customer promise.

  • Manages entire store leadership duties to ensure employees are deployed to maximize efficiency.

  • Executes the customer and employee experience across the micro-market, including employee support resources, development, and performance management.

  • Analyzes performance indicators against business strategies and leads their team to facilitate growth or improve results.

  • Leads labor and resource deployment efforts to maximize results or provide course correction in the hub and micro-market.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields

  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience

  • 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail experience

  • Consumer electronics industry experience
