The One Sales Center Specialist is responsible for calling prospective clients to establish a business connection with a Licensed Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts outbound calls to warm prospects and existing clientele
Sells on the benefits of speaking to an agent about P&C, A&H and Medicare products
Connects prospective clients with Licensed Sales Agents
Conducts requests for quotes
Receives inbound overflow calls and conducts qualification process before completing connection to an agent
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties

Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
None
Functional Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
Effective organization and time management skills
Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet minimum required key performance metrics
