We're looking for a Global Media & Search Manager to help us hit this bold ambition. This role will be responsible for leading and shaping our e-Commerce Media & Search capabilities for the globe - establishing strategic framework, KPIs, Agency and content ecosystem and Martech solutions to step-change our e-retail Media & Search globally.

You'll have instigated and driven a change programme, and have experience of influencing across all levels of the business.
You'll be strong in driving e-Commerce Media & Search community connection strategies.

Qualifications / Experience
3-5 years experience in eCommerce Media & Search roles
Deep understanding of consumer packaged goods industry
Strong understanding of e-Commerce media, promotional tactics and various marketing vehicles
Track record of delivering business results by driving insights and strategically sound e-Commerce marketing programs
Strong ability to build trusting relationships with cross functional partners and with customers.
Innovate in a collaborative manner
What would be your key responsibilities?
You'll lead & shape on-site e-retail media & search on-site activities, ranging from brand engagement, conversion, and loyalty. Partnering regional and market ICP, brand and Global brand teams to coordinate large brand campaigns.
You'll be responsible for deployment of best in class media & search standards, driving deployment, and tracking performance with defined KPI's.
You'll lead the Media & Search e-Commerce Community to ensure excellent execution across the globe.
You'll share and drive DCommerce best practices and develop a continuous "test and learn" program in the markets. Define initiatives to drive future growth aligned with retailers, regional digital marketing & e-Commerce, also partnering with US & EU on Pureplay & Omni customers, share & re-apply to smaller markets.
You will coordinate closely with Global Brand Managers and Digital Marketing team) to drive ICJ & omnichannel strategy governance, training + deployment to markets
