Job Description:

As part of the Sales Enablement team, the Commercial Enablement Specialist supports the success of the Waystar Sales team by effectively coordinating and administrating new hire on-boarding and continuous development programs that equip the Sales team to sell Waystar's products and services. The Commercial Enablement Specialist is responsible for managing training program logistics, managing communication with participants, and reporting meeting outcomes to the Sales Enablement leader. The Commercial Enablement Specialist will also lead training sessions as needed.



What you'll be doing:





  • Coordinating Sales on-boarding is one of the most critical factors that contributes to the success and retention of Sales talent. The Commercial Enablement Specialist plays an important role in ensuring that Sales new hires have the best first experience with Waystar and are prepared to sell our products and services







  • The Commercial Enablement Specialist supports the broader success of the Sales Enablement team by reporting back training needs and program effectiveness that enables the Sales Enablement team to identify and prioritize high impact training opportunities

  • This role provides key feedback and insights that will impact continuous improvements to Sales on-boarding that will enable new hire trainings to scale with Waystar's growth

  • This role supports client-facing members of Waystar by ensuring they are provided the right information at the right time so our products are accurately and effectively communicated to the market







  • The Commercial Enablement Specialist will have the opportunity to advance her/his leadership, enablement, and management experience through demonstrating results

  • Play a key role in the new Commercialization strategy of Waystar

  • Opportunity to support high impact initiatives that will drive revenue growth across Waystar




What we're looking for:





  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred







  • Proven ability to effectively perform and manage administrative tasks

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred

  • 2 years of experience in sales and/or sales training preferred

  • Experience coordinating sales training programs







  • Travel requirements up to 25%
