Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating orders, inventory, and distribution of products from the facility. This role also supports field sales and Dry Mix Sales VP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• SFDC Support and case management


• Quote support for the Dry Mix Sales Team


• Work with various vendors/partners such as RWC on product availability


• Manufacturing scheduling coordination and communication between sales and plants, manufacturing scheduling reports


• Lead Generation


• Aid with job site deliveries setups (JO1s)


• Ride-along with Dry Mix Sales team


• Various other Initiatives


• Sister company transfers


• Trade Show product display coordination

• Oversees process and training of order entry with VP Dry Mix

Qualifications:

Requirements/Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college course work in business/marketing preferred


• Knowledge of building product materials


• Knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft software.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic math skills with attention to numerical detail.


• Ability to learn technical information.

Physical Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit for extended periods.

Able to work a flexible schedule.
