JOB Summary:

Assist in all aspects of portfolio management, including lapse experience analysis, mortality/morbidity experience analysis, expense analysis. Uses necessary software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Moody Axis). 

Responsibilities:

Performs fundamental actuarial tasks for life and A&H insurance product experience deep dive.  

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong math aptitude and business sense


• Detail oriented and highly organized


• Good communication skills


• Strong analytical skills


• Effective written and oral communication skills


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment


• Reliability to achieve quality, accuracy, and timelines of work products

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics


• Passed 2+ exams, actively pursuing Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
