About the Role

Responsible for the daily management of projects for both Credit and Collections along with high level reporting. Management of the RFA, Help Desk and Issue submissions to provide detailed analysis, tracking and resolution as it relates to projects identification. Responsible management of Speech Analytics and audit processes surrounding this tool; responsible for UAT testing of projects for both Credit and Collections to include high level reporting.  Provides personnel and administrative supervision of staff. Prepares and analyses statistical reports on department performance and presents information to upper management. Makes day-to-day decisions that affect the department budget.

Experience and Education

Must possess at least 5+ years previous management experience preferably in the credit card/financial industry. Possess accelerated knowledge of credit card system; possess knowledge of the Risk Services Department as a whole; proven analytical skills. Combination of education and/or experience required to meet essential job functions and competencies of the position. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Management of the areas to include but not limited to full P3 and other projects not meeting P3 criteria, RFA, Help Desk and Issue log submission tracking along with project identification within, Speech Analytics tool and processes surrounding the tool and QA/UAT testing for both Credit and Collections.

  • Creation of high level reporting mechanism to provide to Senior Management.

  • Ability to analyze data presented to determine path for project requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate on all levels of Management.

  • Critical and analytical thinker.

  • Oversee supervision of staff, conduct performance and salary reviews.

  • Manage budget and department variances.

  • Identify process improvements and coordinate implementation.

  • Knowledge of regulatory practices to ensure projects are in adherence

  • Independent yet works well in a team environment.
