Lockwood HillsThe Program Director will be responsible for the overall management of program and contractor staff performance,  the distribution of project guidance and communications, the oversight of program operations, staffing logistics, and professional and organizational development, the management of business ethics, employee relations, employee performance management, the development and implementation of a diversity and inclusion strategy, and authoritative engagement with the U.S. Government. The Program Director will also be responsible for the management of overall recruitment, recognition, retention, and performance of advisory, administrative, and management support services, the supervision of contractor unit and team leaders, the submission of reports and deliverables, the management of subcontracting, procurement, and purchasing, and the compliance with Federal and Agency laws, regulations and policies. 

Candidates with solid Department of Energency experience will have priority

 

Must have:


  • Excellent communication skills; oral, written, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.

  • Related government acquisition system and/or program management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to meet objectives driven by firm deliverable deadlines

  • Knowledge of organizational planning, business process re-engineering, information management, and standard government acquisition processes

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Clearance.

  • Experience with corporate backend functions and process, Contracts (sub and prime), Finance and Pricing, HR and ER, Recruiting, Legal, BD and Capture Efforts

  • Experience and expertise of leading a large effort or program.

  • Expert presentation and facilitation skills.

  • You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements to infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
