Job Description:
What You'll Do:
Make visual and measured inspection of products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if product meets all requirements.
May inspect materials or plates, outgoing materials, fittings, and welds throughout the manufacturing process
Complete inspection records and reports
Follow all safety rules and practices
May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Familiarity with appropriate codes and regulations
Basic reading and interpretation of blueprints and/or specifications
Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment
Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected
Ability to complete training for NDE inspection in VT
Ability to maintain good attendance
