Reporting directly to the Nurse Director, the Critical Care Assistant RN Director is responsible for implementing process improvements related to budget operations, clinical nursing practice, and quality improvement. The Intensive Care Unit Nurse Assistant Director will also lead professional development efforts and training for the nursing staff.
