We are seeking anexperienced Account Manager with proven results. This position isresponsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and newcustomers for our organization. You will build relationships and understandcustomer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. Youwill define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning withcritical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and buildcredibility with customers while utilizing your product knowledge to deliver thevalue proposition to the customers.

Increase overallperformance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships andnew customer partnerships within your organization. Develop andmaximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts andterritory. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in apremiere Sales Organization. If you have experience selling complexsolutions and are a proven closer, then we would like to speak with you! Remote position. Up to 25% travel. Ideal candidate will be located in the state of Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed orders financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and
    growth objectives.
  • Comprehensive sales planning on both a territory and account basis.
  • Identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers, uncover new business
    opportunities, recommend differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business.
  • Remain informed of our products and services to more effectively perform sales activities.
  • Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure
    sustained profitable growth.
  • Grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including a robust forecast.
  • Conform to company policies including commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Utilize all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the industrial space market i.e. Refining, Oil, Gas, Metals & Mining,
    Chemicals, Pulp & Paper or Manufacturing


  • Master's degree
  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Experience selling L3 and/or L4 software solutions and IIOT solutions
  • Technology or process automation-oriented business experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategy
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to think strategically and divergently while acting independently to successfully
    manage the achievement of short-term goals
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs
    Proven ability to create demands for solutions, position in a highly-differentiated manner, and close
  • Highly motivated team player with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with
    customers to drive the use of our software
  • Excellent communication skills
