We are seeking a Demand Generation Representative also known as Sales Development Representative II in our Broomfield, CO location; You will be responsible for implementing and driving Quantinuum's outbound sales activity and sales campaigns. You will help target clients and communities to understand our deep and emerging technology products. You and your team will canvas clients and opportunities to create interest and sales opportunities for Quantinuum, arranging qualified appointments/leads for our sales teams. You will be supported by highly educated scientific teams, who are developing Quantum software, applications and hardware which will have a future impact on our everyday lives. Previous experience and a track record of delivering leads and meetings in the technology sector is ideal for this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Running outbound Sales campaigns
  • Generating qualified meetings for Enterprise and Midmarket Sales Executives
  • Researching the target Accounts and personas
  • Partner with our sales and marketing teams to build creative outreach that builds pipelines in EMEA
  • Qualify leads from Inbound sources and develop them into qualified sales meetings
  • Participate in corporate industry-wide conferences

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • High School Diploma/GED Minimum
  • 2+ years of experience with outbound sales within B2B software, scientific and/or emerging technology products with the ability to identify and source decision maker and stakeholder information
  • Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

WE VALUE:
  • A Masters' degree, or equivalent, in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience working with marketing to identify sales opportunities for technical products / technologies
  • Experience introducing complex solutions into companies
  • Experience leading, growing and motivating an outbound sales team
  • Experience or a strong interest in quantum or emerging
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player, who can collaborate effectively with scientific and non-technical teams
  • A proactive self-starter, who is hands-on in owning the end-to-end sales process

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $65000 - $75,000

+Sales Incentive Eligible
