Develop and implement the product strategy (STRAP) to driverevenue, orders and gross profit for the region. You will lead the productsupport team to drive strategy execution to ensure product development andposition and provide support to both sales team and customers. You will partnerwith the sales and channel teams to develop tactical plans to consistentlyidentify new business opportunities, with successful implementation of suchplans.
Ongoing sales and customer support: Develops, implements, and maintains marketing collateral (salesmanual, data sheets, etc.) and collaborates with other functions in thedevelopment of best in class sales tools Portfolio management: Manage the dailymaintenance of the product life cycle for the portfolio. Generate monthlyreports demonstrating portfolio vitality.
Maintain Portfolio requirements based on market intelligence andcompetitive assessment: Activitiesinclude supporting the execution of qualitative and quantitative VOC to identifynew business opportunities, and the identification of market gaps of high valuepotential for the Fire business
YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience with fire alarm systems and controls
3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
Work independently decisions within degree of authority
Proven track record of leading projects / product launches
Industry and product experience
Product management & marketing skills
Ability to motivate and influence team members
Analytical thinking and decision making
Articulation of how product meets customer needs
