Establish and drive procurementof material and services in alignment with the near term business requirements.You will be supporting a large business and develop and execute procurement ofparts and services that will meet the financial plan for the current quarterand ensure actions are in place to achieve the full year annual operating plan.You will have responsibilities to manage a set of critical suppliers that arepart of the Focused Supplier Recovery (FSR) group. You will ensure improvementsin delivery, reductions in past dues, increases in output, and ensuringsupplier commitments are in alignment with Honeywell needs. You will ensurecompliance with company business policies and procedures and Export /Importregulations.
Delivery of required products and services from critical suppliers during the next 13 weeks.
Ensuring quality and delivery are improved and achieve demand requirements.
Identify risks and ensure proper actions are in place for both the near term and longer term.
Provide inputs to the Supplier Readiness team for longer term rate readiness issues to enable resolution
Leadership within function and business to execute the overall business strategy and drive results
Right and Fast development and deployment of actions and resources to align with business growth and New Product Introductions
Ensure relationship development and management with key Supplier leadership
Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell Businesses
Improve procurement processes / performance with effective management operating system
Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience managing supplier relations or customer relations
Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to act with urgency
Demonstrated ability to develop and improve a management operating system
Experience in procurement
Complex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
