Relief Veterinarian at VCA Blum Animal Hospital - Chicago



We are looking for a Chicago-area veterinarian who:

• Has practiced small animal medicine for at least 3 years
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor while multitasking under critical situations in a busy, newly renovated, state-of-the-art animal hospital with a support team of over 55 employees
• Practices the gold standard in medicine
• Is very customer focused with great communication skills (we treat our clients like family!)

VCA Blum Animal Hospital:

• Has been providing the highest quality veterinary care for Chicago's pets since 1952
• Is located just south of Wrigley Field with parking
• Offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services and is accredited by AAHA
• Is the first Fear Free Certified practice in IL and seventh nationwide
• Is passionate about pets and dedicated to providing pets and their owners an experience that exceeds expectations every time
• We offer advanced technology with the following equipment: digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound and Lumify.

We provide a rewarding and cooperative workplace environment. You will be working with a minimum of four other doctors and have a dedicated assistant and technician to assist you throughout the day. Knowledge of Fear Free practices and Cornerstone a plus! Hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process.
