Job Description:

Vector Security Networks is hiring for a Billing Analyst at the Gainesville VA location. Primary responsibility is to review data accuracy and ensure timely payment to vendors & invoices generations for the customers. Ability to clearly communicate and provide comprehensive reports to customers and vendors will be required

Main Responsibilities

• Process monthly customer invoices: Analyze and update billing information in our billing system.


• Process vendor invoices: Handle vendor invoices on monthly basis, ensuring accuracy with the invoice entry.


• Coordinate with vendors for payment errors and research resolutions for service update.


• Timely response to customer & vendor queries via email or phone.


• Process and scan physical mail for processing.
