The Winding Operator will be responsible for threading winding machines and ensuring the yarn and fiber runs properly through the machine by performing quality checks and repairing ends that have been broken. 

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $15.06 with top pay up to $16.80. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premiums of$.60 for 8  hour night shifts and $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts.

We do! We now offer 8 hours shifts. 

How will you play an important role?

• Threads the Winding Machines


• Conducts quality checks to make sure the yarn is on the correct thread path and there are no faults on the machines


• Participates in and supports safety processes and initiatives


• Supports shift and department team goals and objectives

Are you qualified for the position?

• Previous winding machine operating experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)


• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently


• Hand and finger dexterity


• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
