RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking an Accounting FP&A Manager to join their team in Mansfield, MA. This client is a leading consumer goods company. They have a great culture and value their employees. This client is working in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Accounting FP&A Manager will evaluate and report on margins


• Coordinate the month-end close and reporting process


• Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages


• Analyze and evaluate budget variances


• Prepare, approve, and post journal entries and reconciliations


• Drive the budget process for revenue and expense plans


• Review and implement internal controls


• Evaluate accounting processes and procedures


• As an Accounting FP&A Manager, you will assist with technical accounting issues


• Enter budgets and forecasts into system


• Provide ad-hoc reporting and perform special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting


• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience


• Strong analytical skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong attention to detail


• MBA is a plus


• CPA/CMA certification is a plus


• Experience with SAP, and Hyperion HFM/FDMEE/Planning is preferred


• Consumer products industry experience is preferred
