Job Description:
The Product Manager will support the vision, goal setting, feature definition, and requirements, to deliver first class products to market for our users. This role will be a key player on the team defining the future of homeownership.
What you'll do:
- Support the ideation, road mapping, goal setting, feature definition, development, launch, and continuous optimization of new and existing products on the Connects platform
- Develop concepts, prototypes, and preliminary requirements for Connects products. Facilitate business and technical design reviews
- Own the product backlog. Manage alignment and prioritization of new features based on business needs and product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Clearly define product objectives based on the needs of our customers and our business. Communicate your product's performance to key stakeholders and executives
- Perform market research, collect and analyze user feedback to support development of new products, features, and enhancements
- Identify, present, and implement improvements to current products based on consumer activity and data collected through the platform
- Rapidly test and validate hypothesis with both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Coordinate with marketing, project management office (PMO), quality assurance (QA), development, and other teams to ensure project scope and timing are delivered
- Build relationships with customers and business users in order to build user personas and define requirements
- Coordinate with operations, training, legal and business units to ensure alignment on with corporate strategy and industry best practices
- Assist in identifying new vendors to support our strategic roadmap. Evaluate vendors and provide recommendations for Connects
- Ensure delivery of documentation, training, and notifications for product releases
- Be an expert in the market, competitive landscape, and other products in the space
- Define problems and develop innovative solutions to optimize business process and user experience
- Deliver a first class customer experience for Connects

What you'll need:
- 3+ years consumer internet product management experience
- Bachelor's Degree, military, or equivalent job experience
- Proven experience and passion for building great products and delivering them to market on time
- Experience shipping features across web, iOS and Android
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Skilled in agile product management tools including Jira for task management and bug tracking
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in web analytics and prototyping tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Crazyegg, Invision, etc...)
