Job Description:

Come join the Appleton YMCA Membership Team! Membership Associates are the first point of contact with members, participants, guests, staff, and visitors.
Membership Associate is responsible for handling all customer service transactions at the Member Service Desk, including answering phones, meeting and greeting members, giving tours, selling memberships, registering members for programs, making reservations, and assisting with projects as required by management staff. At times, staff will be required to work with minimal supervision and must be able to multitask and troubleshoot.
Shift Openings:

Weeknights: 5:00-9:00 PM
Weekends: Open AM, Mid or Close PM (We close at 3:00 PM from May 28, 2022 through Sept. 6, 2022)
Positions are part-time 10-20 hours/week
