The Caleb Brett team provides cargo inspection and analytical assessment to the world's petroleum, mining, minerals , agricultural, and biofuels industries. With solutions based on years of expertise, innovation and advanced analytical capabilities, we help customers optimize return on cargoes and help them resolve difficult technical challenges

What you'll do , as a Grader:

•

• Must perform grades on grains per USDA specification in a quick but accurate manner.
• To attend commodity material movements.
• Organize and coordinate tasks so that services are rendered, and reports and samples are submitted, in a timely manner.
• Maintain work areas, records and equipment in a clean, organized and function condition.
• Verify and communicate the results obtained, and to make the entries into the appropriate media.
• To assist in the training of less experienced employees.
• Work will be in 12 hour rotating shifts at Customer premises.
• Once grades are obtained, they must be promptly reported to the Control Room staff.
• Grades must be obtained quickly and accurately in order for production to flow unencumbered.
• Carry out the above responsibilities, and all others which may be assigned, in a manner demonstrating support for and adherence to the Company's Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Policy and Procedures, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision and Strategy, and to exercise good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy in so doing.

What it takes to be successful as a Grader: •

• High school education or GED.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts while standing 70% of the time.
• Must be able to lift buckets of up to 20lbs.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal and written formats.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
• Must be client focused and quality driven.
• Must display a high level of personal integrity and credibility.
• Ability to travel as business needs dictate.
