Role: Python Data Scientist with Deep and Machine Learning (REMOTE)


Duration: 6+ month's contract


Location: Mooresville, NC


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Main Skill set:


Machine learning

Data engineering- data flow, air flow, SQL


Project description: Build and maintain a visual search model for retrieving products similar to the customer uploaded images. Project involves building, modifying any data engineering and engineering pipelines currently in production. Candidates should have strong computer vision expertise.


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related quantitative analytic field AND 2 years of experience in analytics AND 1 year of programming experience (Python, Java, Scala, Rust, etc.)


OR


Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related quantitative analytic field AND 1 year of experience in analytics


OR


Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related quantitative analytic field


ALSO


Knowledge of SQL and various statistical modeling or machine learning techniques


2 rounds of interview, 1 round on machine learning and deep learning, 1 round on data engineering
