Job Description:

Location: REMOTE


Description: Work with business customers and other IT team members to evaluate integration requirements; design and build technical objects based on the requirements, focusing on (near) real-time integrations wherever feasible.

Work collaboratively within the team to standardize common functions; build and execute test plans; support, troubleshoot and maintain integrations in Production.

Review and re-evaluate integrations in Production on a regular basis, to ensure that best practices continue to be used.

Develop integration toolset and technical landscape

Collaborate to develop standard methodologies for integration across the department.

Help design and deliver on-boarding of new integration developers, providing training in toolset and standard methodologies.

Keep abreast of new integration technology, learn new tools

Seek out and participate in opportunities to learn about new integration tools and technology.

Obtain a working knowledge of various tools and deep knowledge of the tools chosen to be adopted.

•Select a technical solution method to solve a particular application problem

•Propose technical solutions to business problems to senior members of project teams.

•Assignment of tasks to other members of the technical team.

•Advise Management in project planning, applicability of tool sets.

•Lead Integration Developers are free to bring suggestions to the attention of senior technical staff and supervisors including: those issues which impede productivity, changes in project design solutions, and changes that would enhance the quality or quantity of work produced.

• Setting standards for the use, implementation and deployment of new technologies.

•Build and support integrations for 4+ enterprise business systems, enabling them to receive and send data from/to other internal and external systems.

•Collaborate with 20+ Developers, 10+ Infrastructure Support Personnel and Collaborate directly with several central offices.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

Job Competencies

• 5 + Years of Strong Development and Integration experience.

•Strong technical skills in integration-related technologies, e.g., XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP,

•Experience with web service orchestration tools such as Mulesoft highly preferred

• Experience building microservices is preferred

•Experience with building and maintaining Workday integrations a plus along with other HR systems

•Automated testing tool experience (e.g., JUNIT) desirable - Experience with SQL code development •Strong analysis skills required

•Ability to work effectively with people with differing levels of technical knowledge

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience leading projects preferred

•Demonstrates a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
