Our client is currently searching for a VoC/Qualtrics Product Specialist to drive user adoption of the platform by creating communications, training, and documentation to empower business partners. You will be collaborating with development teams and will leverage your deep subject matter expertise to deliver customer centric solutions. Using audio/video tools, you will comfortably present to large audiences both live and virtually and calmly and patiently answer questions about our platforms. You will passionately serve our partners to your utmost ability with a high level of professionalism.

You are able to effectively prioritize your day to ensure results on both short-term immediate initiatives while advancing bigger picture, long term efforts. You can effectively leverage your well-developed T-shaped skills, which balance depth of subject-matter expertise with a breath across many competencies, in order to effectively communicate both with IT geeks and science nerds. You love solving both technical and business-related problems.


• Become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions

• Work on complex technical implementations both independently and/or collaboratively

• Act as subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities

• Train and educate users on specific and new aspects of the XM Platform and related solutions

• Serve as primary point of contact for users during launches; coordinate with users for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria

• Partner with users globally as the subject matter expert to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and alignment for continuous, iterative releases

• Drive user adoption by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans

• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot launches

• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies

• Collaborate and support the Product Manager

• Perform administrative tasks on the Qualtrics XM Platform (user management, license management, dashboard creation, survey development, etc.)

• Knowledgeable with data privacy rules/levels (GDPR), data mapping activities and contributing to data architecture activities


• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Education or similar discipline and 3+ years' experience supporting the life cycle of software products (development, testing, launch, training and/or support)

• Strong analytical skills

• High attention to detail

• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong organization skills, detail oriented

• Ability to work well with cross functional teams locally and remotely

• Able to communicate and teach complicated concepts/features

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Agile experience is a must!

• Knowledge of Crop Science is a nice to have
