Salary: 100000-130000
Description: The Judge Group is seeking a FSQA Manager for a National Food Manufacturer outside of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This is a start-up operation and looking for someone with a strong understanding in GFSI and implementing FSQA programs/policies.
This person will report to the Corporate Director of Quality and previous start-up/turnaround experience is ideal. The client is also seeking candidates with:
- At least 5+ years Management experience within Food Safety/Quality Assurance
- USDA, HACCP, Meat Processing, Pet Food Manufacturing a plus
- Previous management experience with Food Safety/Quality Assurance - 5+ years ideal
- Start-up experience including ability to implement existing programs/policies into new plants
- HACCP and/or PCQI training
- Strong understanding of GFSI and FSMA compliance
- Demonstrate leadership in the areas of food safety and plant regulatory affairs
- Experience implementing and using statistical process control tools
- Continuous process and product improvement experience
- Strong understanding/experience in regulatory and certification audits, quality systems management, SOP's, ingredient inspections, food safety audits, consumer concern investigations, master sanitation scheduling, and maintenance and oversight of GFSI program requirements
