    Education and Experience
    
    • The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree, BS Pharmacy or PharmD. A valid Indiana pharmacy license or licensure eligibility is required. Hospital pharmacy experience and/or Pharmacy Residency employment is preferred.

    Knowledge & Skills
    
    
    
    • Knowledge of current pharmacy laws and regulations.
      
      
    
    
    • Knowledge of proper aseptic technique and ability to prepare all forms of IV.
      
      
    
    
    • Motivation to provide pharmaceutical care to patients through a collaborative team effort among physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other practitioners responsible for the patient.
