Reports to Pharmacy Manager. Assists in the development and maintenance of pharmacy services that promote and provide pharmaceutical care. Participates directly in clinically-oriented services. Commitment to provide excellent customer service experience.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree, BS Pharmacy or PharmD. A valid Indiana pharmacy license or licensure eligibility is required. Hospital pharmacy experience and/or Pharmacy Residency employment is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of current pharmacy laws and regulations.
Knowledge of proper aseptic technique and ability to prepare all forms of IV.
Motivation to provide pharmaceutical care to patients through a collaborative team effort among physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other practitioners responsible for the patient.
Working Conditions
The ability to work at brisk pace with the ability to control multi-directional problems and questions in an orderly, correct and expedient fashion.
Ability to perform in a variety of practice settings, as needed (i.e., Pharmacy, satellites, Outpatient Pharmacy, Heart City, Home Infusion.)
