The Product Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for successful enablement and support of products for Third Party Risk & Compliance customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Consult to understand product-specific goals and set expectations for engagement.
  • Provide enhanced education around customized use cases and ensure customers understand the ROI, product & application, and can successfully use the tools.
  • Consult on supply management monitoring, sourcing, workflow, certification, compliance & analytical needs.
  • Project management to coordinate additional resources necessary to implement a successful engagement.
  • Own migration activities to move customers to new/upgraded solutions, ensuring customers can successfully use and get value from the new solution.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for product releases addressing bug fixes & new functionality/processes.
  • Engage internal Sales Team on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Requirements (MUST HAVE):

  • 3 or more years of customer/client consultation or product support experience.
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
  • College degree required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven process mapping skills and analytical competencies.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences from C-levels to sales team members.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional communication to meet customer's needs.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate and communicate ROI.
  • Preferences (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and VISIO preferred.
  • Business degree a strong plus.
