Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Engineering manager to join the team in Park City!

With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of engineering management experience.

What will I be doing?

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building (s), mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:


  • Assign work, supervise staff and verify and document the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.

  • Direct outside contractors, communicate with city officials and inspect quality of work by staff.

  • Respond and coordinate responses to guest calls and emergency situations.

  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
