A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist in Englewood, Colorado (CO).
Responsibilities include:
Customer Experience Specialist will work with members of our internal and external teams to optimize customer experience in all product and service-related needs
Oversee projects to improve the customer experience, from onboarding, service, and retention
Facilitation and provision of business expectations to service, sales, and other channels
Customer Experience Specialist has the participation and review of QA efforts (calls, emails, chat, etc.) to help identify areas of opportunity
Listen to our members, absorb their experiences and needs, identify emergent patterns, and drive this information in order to influence strategic leadership oriented around the voice of the customer
REQUIREMENTS:
Passion for the user experience and customer advocacy, and the courage to speak up for the customers' point of view
Comfort with working in a rapidly changing environment, think strategically during high-pressure, high visibility situations
Ability to organize complex information and present it in a way that others can easily understand
Ability to initiate and execute significant outcomes in a data-driven way
