Job Description:
1. Promptly takes orders for residents and staff, serves juice, a la carte entrees, desserts, coffee and tea, according to service standards.
2. Sets tables and station according to standard. Checks each table to see if properly set with dishware and if each chair seat is clean in the assigned section.
3. Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guest.
4. Performs assigned closing duties and side work.
5. Sets tables and keeps work stations clean and orderly at all times.
6. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.
