What You Will Be Doing - Analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and present and communicate drivers of business performance.
- Summarize and create analyses to communicate key insights and findings, sometimes called a Quality of Earnings Report.
- Read contracts and business-related documents and understand relationships to data.
- Develop perspectives on GAAP impacts on business transactions.
- Develop and deploy innovative approaches to problem-solving.
- Providing leadership and guidance to analysts.
What You Need for this Position 1.) 7+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
2.) Big 4 experience
3.) Ability/willingness to travel domestically or globally based on client needs (up to 25%, various locations)
