Systems Test Engineer Funded (200 Mill) Pre-IPO Robotics & Autonomous Tech Co. Seeks Systems Test Engineer! Clarksburg, MD!

We are a funded (200 Mill) robotics and autonomous technology company that has been in business for over 20 years that's looking to IPO soon! We are transforming government and commercial transportation with programs that include self-driving cars and trucks; autonomous shuttles; UAV; UAS; and drones. What You Need for this Position Ability to obtain government clearance
5-10+ years of experience in system test, automation, and root-cause analysis in fields similar in complexity to autonomous driving
Experience and knowledge around instrumentation using a wide variety of sensors (strain gauges, thermocouples, load cells, etc)
Familiar with communication protocols and tools such as Ethernet, CAN, LIN, 100BASE-T1
Experience with LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB and/or other programming languages suitable for data collection and analysis
Working understanding of command-line Linux or similar operating system
BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or Computer Science
Experience with ISO-26262, ISO-21448, MIL-STD-882, or similar safety specifications (Plus)
Experience with specifications applicable to military ground vehicles including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-1275 (Plus)
Experience with FCC Part 15, UL and/or CE certification testing (Plus)
Experience with Altium, Eagle, or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Plus)
Experience with the design and development of complex systems with mechanical, electrical, and software components (Plus)
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS 9100 (Plus)
Experience with autonomous robotic systems (Plus)
What You Will Be Doing Reviewing design and architecture of the vehicle platform
Developing test plans and procedures to fully test products and systems
Developing and executing vehicle integration plans and test plans
Training and supporting the test technicians conducting product and system testing
Supporting design and development activities to ensure manufacturability and testability concerns are addressed
Analyzing test data to identify possible improvements to product designs and processes
Defining diagnostic test requirements for vehicle integration testing
Collaborating with multi-functional teams, including system engineering, software engineering, mechanical/thermal engineering, operations, external vendors, and other partners to successfully bring-up prototype and development vehicles
Debugging, triaging issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying solutions
Validating the vehicle platform to meet the specifications (Power, electrical and functionality)
Designing and developing test hardware including test fixtures, and automated test equipment; this includes selecting test equipment and designing test stations, cables, and test interface adapters
Writing software to automate test procedures and data collection, suitable for test technicians to operate with minimal training
