Meta is seeking a Program Manager for its Media Community Development (MCD) team to develop and manage programs to grow the early-stage Creator ecosystem and drive partner value at scale. A program is a system, solution or service that aims to solve a creator's needs. The ideal candidate has experience owning operational targets or service metrics across a scaled audience as well as strong problem solving and program management skills. The role of the Program Manager will be to design, test, and scale global programs across a range of channels. Program Manager should be hypothesis driven and relentlessly focused on operational efficiencies. Success in this position requires strategic, systemic thinking, problem solving, communication and analytical experience, as well as the ability to effectively lead cross-functional groups.
Program Manager, Media Community Development Responsibilities:
Owns the strategy, project management, and implementation of MCD programs across a range of channels and audiences
Develop and nurture partnership models with external partners to drive partner value and accelerate culturally relevant content at scale
Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and implement programs across a range of markets and audiences
Establish, update and maintain program documentation including roadmaps, timelines, milestones
regularly communicate updates to leadership
Influence stakeholders and hold people accountable to deliver on workstreams and projects
Proactively identify and manage risk across programs and operations
Measure the impact of programs and optimize as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience building and leading a program/project aligned to KPIs from start to completion
Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
8+ years of work experience in consulting, marketing, or product/program management
Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
Experience in problem solving and communicating about issues with stakeholders and cross functional teams
Experience influencing operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of partner needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with global and regional teams
Operational experience and expertise in methods including Lean, Six Sigma
Experience executing scaled programs with third party partners
