What You Will Be Doing - Project Controls Responsibilities Ensuring Business Unit accurate costs and forecasting

- Monthly conduct Work in Progress (WIP) Evaluations Conduct a collaborative review with Operations of Work In Progress (WIP) reports produced by Project Management to ensure that on each project the cost data is current and accurate. Focus on committed cost and cost to date.

- Monthly Estimated Costs of Completion (ECAC) Conduct a collaborative review with Operations of the ECAC produced by Project Management to ensure that the final cost is projected accurately.

- Monthly Subcontractor and Owner invoicing Ensure that all subcontractor costs for the month are invoiced by the subcontractors and that all Owners have been invoiced. As a subset, review and log open owner contracts vs. owner invoices submitted monthly. This will manage our Over/Under Billings.

- Forecasting - Once a quarter, work in parallel with the Program Managers using the recent WIP reports combined with the project schedule to forecast the Year End (YE) results. Compile the results into a single forecast tool. Then meet with the VP of Ops and Lead Estimator to project new work to complete a comprehensive YE forecast of ER, GM, Sales, and Backlog.

- Review and verify against accounting records (Vista) all owner invoices produced by the Project team. Once verified, submit invoices to TMG Accounting and the owner.

- Review outstanding accounts receivable reports weekly and coordinate with the owner to resolve any overdue invoices.

- Collect, review, and verify all certified payrolls for wage scale projects. Once verified, file and submit to the Accounting team and owner (if required). Project daily reports should be utilized to track required subcontractor-certified payrolls.

- Review subcontractor payment Compliance Holds weekly and works with the Project team, Accounting team, and subcontractor to resolve issues (expired COI, outstanding ROL, etc.).

- Create and submit internal JV billings for material and/or equipment projects under the individual JV contracts.

- Monthly review of Project Center's Consolidated Workflow to ensure it is accurate and current.

- Review Project Center for Pre-Closed projects monthly. Work with the Project team to resolve outstanding issues.
