Job Description:

Dev Ops Engineer Based just West of Boston, we are a leading provider of cloud-based applications for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions provider. Our software as a service (SaaS) platform gives organizations the control to assess, measure, and mitigate risk and to ensure the optimal performance of key business processes. Our clients include the 10 ten largest banks in the world, the largest credit card companies and massive mortgage companies as well.

We are an organization where work/life balance is a real thing. In fact right now we are all working remotely, but as life gets back to normal you will need to come into our Concord , MA office every couple months for strategic meetings. As we continue to grow we really need someone who can contribute to our dev/ops efforts.

The successful candidate will be capable of being productive with little direction, working both independently and as a member of a small team, participating in key architectural and design decisions, and taking ownership of product modules. The candidate will be working directly with the engineering team on establishing repeatable deployment processes that can be leveraged in working towards CI/CD capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing - Architect CI\CD build, release and deploy process with Azure DevOps w/ packages and pipelines
- Setup/manage automated infrastructure creation/deployment in Azure (Required)
- Can set up and configure Azure environments (IaaS) and services (PaaS), via automation and using the Azure portal.
- Well versed in infrastructure solutions architecture design, implementation, and automation in Azure Cloud
- Azure ARM templating w\custom script extensions for POC designs for auto-provisioning to meet Dev team's needs
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm Charts (Preferred not required)
- Experience providing operational support (production and/or non-production)
- Experience with incident response in an on-call environment
- Drive infrastructure as code adoption
- PowerShell or other scripting languages such as bash or perl style scripting.
- Infrastructure support (Strongly preferred)
- Understand key networking fundamentals such as DNS, firewalls and load balancing
- Working on DevOps team fostering DevOps culture of people, process & technology
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments (Required)
- Development Skills (Preferred, not required)
- Understands various aspects of application development, tools, and languages (Microsoft stack experience)
- Cloud architecture

What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related experience
- At least 3 years experience working in a DevOps team
- At least 3 years of experience with the full spectrum of software engineering (build, integration, testing, and releasing or deployment)
- Preferred Qualifications:
a.) Cloud & DevOps Certifications are a plus e.g., Azure Architect, Developer or Ops
b.) At least 3 years of experience in delivering software in a highly regulated environment, preferably financial services
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success
