Job Description:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a power user and internal subject-matter expert to resolve end-user challenges related to performance and enhancements of cloud-based applications such as ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), CLM (Agiloft), and other enterprise business tools and applications


• Partner with the scientific staff and address Laboratory Information Management System identity and access management as well as system troubleshooting.


• Identify and implement opportunities for internal business process improvement and automation through the usage of toolsets from Office 365 (PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Creative Cloud, AdobeSign, and other application platforms and services


• Control the company cyber-security program, including training and awareness campaigns through partners like KnowBe4, driving threat recognition and prevention


• Monitor and ensure compliance related to the company’s internal controls for data management, report status and progress to corporate leadership


• Infrequent availability to address critical issues in after hour support along with larger enterprise support teams

• 3+ years of work experience


• Continuous learning, with demonstrated technical agility and hunger to learn new skills


• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, especially as it comes to business process improvement


• Strong organizational and communication (written, verbal, presentation, facilitation) skills to effectively collaborate with all levels in the company and partner vendors


• Highest level of ethics, integrity, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality


• ERP support experience (version doesn’t particularly matter: Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Great Plains, etc.)


• Proven ability to use IT tools to bring automation into the workplace, especially involving Power Automate, PowerBI, and SharePoint

• 1-2+ years of previous experience in a multi-application user environment


• Business analyst background


• Demonstrated process improvement mindset


• Previous experience developing playbooks and standard operating procedures


• SaaS and ITSM/ITIL experience
