They shouldenjoy solving problems, uncoveringinsights,andguidinglarge and small campaignsfrom ideation to implementation.Furthermore, the ideal candidate thrivesunder pressure,hasa strong sense of judgement, and findssatisfaction in helpingtheirclients succeed.

Responsibilities


    • Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, managing ongoing social workstreams to ensure delivery of best-in-class content and strategic solutions.

    • Build trusting client relationships across the brand's organization, navigating client approval processes and structure.

    • Serve as main point of contact for internal agency team, partnering with the data and analytics team to uncover valuable insights to share with clients and enhance work, and creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful creative recommendations and content.

    • Manage multiple projects of varying scale, with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget.

    • Have a pulse on social culture and identifycritical issues, trends, and opportunities for clients and theiraudiences.

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their missions as well as key stakeholdersbothinternally at Microsoft and externally with partners, consumers, etc.

    • Cultivate strong, cross-practice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients.

Basic Qualifications


    • At leastfouryears of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, includingpublic relations,digital marketing,content marketing, paid media/advertising, management consulting,or publishing, preferably within an agencysetting.

    • Experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans and implementing best practices

    • Exhibited ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Must be a self-starterwho iscomfortable solving problemsindependently by seeking solutions and efficiencies.

    • Superior written and verbal communication skills

    • Fun, engaging, team-first attitude; collaborative and inclusive working style

Preferred Qualifications


    • Proven experience in working with consumer or consumer tech brands, particularly in the digital space.

    • Proficiency with social media tools and management systems such as Opal and Sprinklr.

    • Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately review and edit work.

    • Natural curiosity and willingness to dive into various roles on client work.

    • Familiar with best practice integrated Communications Marketing tactics and tools and will be able to recommend them to clients.
