 The MedSurg Services RN Director will report directly to the CNO. They will be responsible for the daily nursing operations including clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the Service Line. The MedSurg Services RN Director will work directly with the hospital-wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care.

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the Medical Surgical Departments within the hospital. A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of management experience in healthcare. They must be knowledgeable about regulations, standards, policies and procedures, and trends.
