The spa was founded by a massage therapist in 2007 and has always tried to put the ‘ohana first. Over the last few months, however, we have made the final transition – instead of existing to help the guest, we exist to help each other. What we are seeking.
We do not hire everyone, as Hawaiian Experience Spa is not for everyone. We are seeking estheticians who want to be part of an ‘ohana (family) and want to grow with us. You should want to spread the Aloha Spirit with your coworkers and guests and want to be happy in the life/work balance you create with us. This does not mean you have to commit to stay for any period of time or to do anything beyond the normal scope of your work. It simply means that you are passionate about skin care and want to help maintain and help promote a healthy and peaceful environment with your coworkers. You must want to work in a true team environment, with each of us trying to help the others. If you embrace this, the spa can be your new work-home for as long as you are practicing esthetic’s.
What you need to apply.
Be a Licensed Aesthetician in the State of Arizona
Have at least one (1) year of active aesthetics’ experience or training in the Eminence Organics product line
Be passionate about educating guests, getting them excited about the spa's products and services, so that guests purchase products and continue to visit the spa for their skincare needs

Lets talk about pay
With guaranteed tips you will earn at least $37 per hour to start, plus 25% commission on products you sell
25% Commission on products you sell – The spa uses Eminence Organic Skin Care, an exceptional product line with a passionate following.
Guaranteed Tips– The spa guarantees that you will receive an average of $20 per hour or more. Tipping is mandatory at Hawaiian Experience Spa and all of our online gift cards include $25 per hour of gratuity!
Always paid – You are always paid for Late Cancellations
Weekly Payroll – That’s right, back to the old Friday, pay day! Check or Direct Deposit; it’s up to you!
Inappropriate Guests – We do not have many, but if this comes up, you end the service, and we have your back! You will get paid for the service and the guest will be banned from all Hawaiian Experience Spas for life!
Guest Complaints – Everyone needs to take care of the guests, but you are more important, and we have your back.
Break Rooms – Each spa has one, with snacks, coffee and more.
Life Work Balance - If you do not have an appointment, you do not have to sit in your room...go home or stay at the spa, it’s up to you!
Personal Days - Did something come up last minute? Life is more important Use some of your vacation time for a personal day and still get paid!
No dress code – Be yourself, whatever that is, we love it! (Just try not to look like you just rolled out of bed!)
Recognizing you - We like to celebrate birthdays, have work anniversary parties, and other special occasions!
HEPA Air Filtration – Every single room has a HEPA air purifier to help keep you safe and improve the air quality for overall wellness
Esthetic’s only – No laundry or other unrelated work tasks as each spa has multiple spa administrators who handle those duties so you can mainly focus on taking care of your guests.
TRIPS TO HAWAII – The founders of the spa live in Hawaii and trained in lomi lomi massage on Maui. They want to bring the beautiful Hawaiian traditions they have experienced to you by sharing the spirit of aloha through our practices, policies and décor. But you can’t really experience the true magic of Hawaii without being there, so at the beginning of the year we implemented an exciting program to allow each ‘ohana member the opportunity to visit Hawaii, all expenses paid for you and your partner or guest! You will earn points towards your trip each day you work with the goal of earning an all expense paid trip every two years for full time ‘ohana and every three years for part time ‘ohana! It’s real and we are overjoyed to be able to provide this opportunity to you.
Treat your friends and Family – You can utilize the spa to give free services to whoever you wish!
Organic Oils and Lotions – You touch it more than anyone. Don’t you deserve organic products for your safety.
