We are hiring customer service minded team members for our Full Time Retail Sales Associate opening. You will be the reason our customers come back! They will be excited to see your friendly face because of the outstanding, timely customer service you provide and the important relationships you will develop with our regular contractors and new retail customers every day. You will greet and assist PPG customers as they enter the retail store by listening to their needs and providing solutions to their paint and supplies needs.

Retail Sales Associate Key Responsibilities

• Greet and listen to customer needs as they come into the retail store
  

• Mix, tint and match paint to customer request
  
• Ensure retail store is clean and well stocked
  
• Lift, move, and stock retail store product while following safety guidelines
  
• Suggest and upsell useful products, such as brushes, rollers, tape, drop cloths, etc.
  
• Ensure PPG high customer service standards are maintained by helping customer quickly and efficiently
  

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with an energetic, team orientated and creative mindset
  
• Must be at least 18 years old
  
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
  

• Lift up to up to 60lbs routinely and 80 pounds less frequently
  
• Position requires ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reach for paint products
