Job Description:

Ankmar Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire a Customer Support Representative in Denver, Colorado. We are seeking a detail oriented and organized individual capable of effectively managing customer requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers’ satisfaction through inter-company divisions and subcontractor networks. Must have strong communication skills and the motivation to provide an exceptional customer experience via phone/email.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to staff, department and management


• Receive incoming calls from customers that require service/sales and identify the type of call, type of problem, and then schedule the service appointment assuring the customers timing preference is met for a specific day and time of day


• Promote all products and services and quotes accurate pricing when appropriate


• Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills


• Receive job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, etc.


• Submit billing to Service Manager for approval daily


• Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required


• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems


• Must be a good communicator with both spoken and written communication
