Your Opportunity

Glumac is seeking an Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Designer.

A hybrid or fully remote work environment is available to staff that can demonstrate good communication, quality, and accountability across their work products and efforts. The office is always available for those that desire an in-office environment full-time.

Your Impact

In this role you will:

• Assemble coordinated drawing sets (schematic/design development/bid/construction) using Revit, inclusive of: 3D views, floor plans, interior elevations, technical details, enlarged room views, equipment room layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, schedules, etc.
• Create and manage Bluebeam Sessions.
• Assemble and edit specification documents.
• Take responsibility for leading projects, executing design work, and delegating production tasks.
• Respond to RFI's and review submittals.
• Coordinate construction administration tasks and perform site visits.
• Travel to job sites to coordinate efforts at various stages of projects.
• Interface with contractors, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineers, architects, telecommunication sub-contractors, and AV/security integrators throughout the project.

What You Bring Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ICT industry experience with telecommunications, security, and audiovisual systems.
• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Team player with a collaboration mentality, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification through BICSI is preferred.
