Our company is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to service the Michigan, Ohio and Indiana markets. Candidates may live anywhere in the assigned territory. This role is perfect for the individual who approaches their work in a professional manner, is a self-starter, and who is passionate about making an impact in their workplace. Here's What We're Looking For:

• Priority number 1- the ability to initiate and develop strong customer relationships
• Industry experience preferred
• Must be strategically located in relation to sales territory goals & objectives
• Must be willing to travel overnight as needed, 35 to 40%, depending on where you are located.
• An understanding of sales as both art and science with a strong sales process is critical
• Must be self-motivated, display and active sense of urgency and have good communication and documentation skills
• Previous sales experience and college degree a plus

Here's What You'll Get to Do:

• Promote and establish demand for the entire Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope to glazing contractors, architects and appropriate industry influencers
• Conduct effective sales calls on glazing contractors, architects, developers, owners and consultants promoting Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope
• Analyze competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management
• Learn competitors' products & develop strategies to successfully sell our products
• Inform management of market conditions, competitors' new products, and pricing levels
• Work closely with Customer Service, Estimating, Business Development, Credit, and Project Management in developing strong relationships with preferred glazing contractors
