Laborer/Parts Runner/Equipment Washer (Dallas/Fort Worth Area) - Austin Commercial at Austin Commercial, LP in Irving, Texas

Job Description:

Austin Commercial is currently seeking a Laborer/Parts Runner/Equipment Washer for our Irving, Texas equipment yard. They are responsible for dropping off and picking up parts from various locations such as project sites, equipment yards, and/or parts store. They will also be responsible for washing various equipment. 

 

General work schedule: Monday through Friday; 7am to 4pm plus overtime as needed.

Work environment: Indoor and outdoor.

 

 

Responsibilities

 


  • Visit project sites, parts stores, or our Waxahachie equipment yard to drop off or pick up equipment

  • Assist with washing various construction equipment

  • Perform general cleanup of shop and yard, such as sweeping and removing trash

  • Performs general maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment

  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Trainable and willing to perform multiple tasks as needed

  • Work in different weather environments

  • Able to travel as requested within the DFW metroplex

  • Basic computer skills

  • For safety reasons, it is imperative that the employee be able to read and speak fluent English.
